Hastilude of the Autumnal Equine-ox

Hark, draw near and hear the words of his Excellency of Bergental.  His Excellency has seen the rise of riders and their horses within the barony and its surroundings.  So pleased is he at the progress of his cavalry that he has determined that it is necessary to hold a tournament to show all and sundry the prowess of his people.

Come and join us for a day of equestrian competition with opportunities for heavy and fencing pickups and thrown weapons range time. The 28th of October, 2023

**There will be no dayboard offered.  Please bring your picnic baskets!**

Riders & Horses:
There will be a cap on the number of horses allowed to truck in.  This is due to space and time constraints.
Coggins, rabies, and health certification are needed prior to the arrival of your horse on site.

Horses and their riders are expected to be on site to park their trailers between 7-8:30 AM before the site opens so that we may park you first and settle your horses.  Cars will be parked behind you.  Parking is in a gated pasture and the gate will be kept closed after the arrival window for general attendees.

Riders with horse trailer combos are welcome to arrive Friday night and camp overnight by prior arrangement with Round Tuit Ranch owners.
Paddocks are available and there is limited stall availability.  Please contact:  Jane or Nicki at (860) 681-2561 / roundtuitranch@gmail.com
Any riders under the age of 18 years old must wear a properly fitting helmet while on any horse.

Site Specific Rules:
Parking will be in a gated pasture.  The gate will be closed at 10:30 am to keep the possibility of wandering horses contained.  A gate keeper will assist vehicles in and out of the lot after this time.

All state, local, and federal laws must be adhered to.

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  Any violation of this will result in event expulsion.
